TGFM16, DS#34, and Paper Playtime #65

I thought I'd join a couple of challenges this week and it all started with this awesome sketch by Jen Shults.

I was a bit worried that the sketch had a few too many layers, but after looking at it for a while I was able to work it into a fab card for our newphew's 18th b/day...tweaking one of the layers into a gift card holder.

I colored Logan from The Greeting Farm with Copics, and am constantly amazed at all the different ways I can use these fab markers...notice the now black Viva Decor dots that were originally in a pearl color.

Here's a list of the three challenges I joined with this card. This is the 1st time I've participated in a challenge at Paper Playtime...but guaranteed, it won't be the last!

Deconstructed Sketch No. 34
Paper Playtime Ch# 65 - TAGS & include a Sentiment!

Thanks for stopping by, I love visiting with friends...old and new!

How inventive using it for a gift card holder. I love how the jacket turned out as well. Very snazzy.

I am really impressed with how you treated this sketch. Fabulous, and for a teen boy! I bow down to you. I'd have taken one look and bailed for sure. LOL LOVE it and I'll bet he does too (and not just for the gift card.) LOL xxD
