Wicked Wednesday Earth Day Challenge Reminder
When making this ATC I had a lot of trouble deciding on colors because I wanted to use EARTH tones but everything I did was too dark or just not "right"...this seemed to take f.o.r.e.v.e.r! Finally, after adding some rub-ons in opposing corners I distressed all the edges with some TH inks and to my surprise...the outlines of the rub-on stayed white. Wowza, I love the final look.
A quick reminder that you still have a few days to enter the Earth Day Challenge over at Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge Blog. You have the opportunity to win one of two images from our sponsor Just Some Lines!
As always, thanks for stopping by!

Great card Denice! Love the image of the girl and how you colored her.
So glad we figured out how to get you to see the words on my blog. Nothing worse than juseeing pictures and wondering how someone did something!!
Hello my friend. I too love how your ATC turned out. Isn't it funny how somethings turn into a work of love when all is said and done? I love the colors you have used for this and really really love your rub ons as well. Sorry I haven't been around lately. Just swamped with two eigth graders getting ready for finals and graduation. lol.. Oh, where or where has all my money gone? lol...Hugs, Lisa G
The times I've spent sleepless nights trying to work out how to make something for a challenge and when I get started, it just happens. Your ATC is lovely. Thank you so very much for your inspirational words to me. I love your little challenge blog because I am made to think and given a free hand all in one go. I shall participate every week if I can although sometimes I may submit complete rubbish!!! LOL
Hugs Joanne xx
