TGF Monochromatic Challenge

I needed to make a quick set of notecards for a Mother's Day gift for a girl who is very green and into recycling. I couldn't have used a better stamp set than the Whoo Loves You set by TGF and doesn't this fit perfectly into this week's Farm Fresh Friday Monochromatic challenge?!!

A cute little notecard set:

The images were stamped and colored with Copics, then outlined with a brown Atyou Spica Glitter pen, the faces were paper pieced, and Kraft paper is the base to these little cards. Easy peasy and super cute!

I hope everyone is having a great Mother's Day so far! I had a wonderful breakfast at a local resturant with my oldest son and received a beautiful planter from my second son....now we're all heading to the in-laws for a wonderful lunch, because they all know we have to be home in time to catch the 2 hour finale of Desperate Housewives, lol!

Great cards! I need to make something like that for my kiddos' teachers! Love the colors and the owls! Too cute!

I skipped brunch with in-laws, I get tired of cooking for everyone else on my Mother's day! (i know, bad attitude) My girls took me to Michaels and we made some yummy eggplant paninis! We had a perfect day!
