I wish you could see all the glitz and shine on this ATC! I sprayed it with 3 different LSG sprays, then puddled some of the turquoise starburst color and painted around the edges of the ATC. Copic Atyou glitter pens were used on the feathery lines and glitter was applied on every other layer. As you can see from the second picture, a lot of fussy cutting and pop-dotting also happened...time consuming, but it sure added a lot of dimension.

OOooooo, pretty! I was just eye-balling some feathers at Hobby Lobby yesterday! The colors you used are stunning!! Love all of the sparkles too! Nice 3-D layers, that's a lot of cutting! Very cool! (as always!!)
