I took the time to participate in Lily Pad Cards challenge that's being sponsored by TGF this week. If you want to check it out....click here. The challenge is to do your best with the fab sketch below. At first I hesitated because I just wasn't sure about the corner thingies, but after thinking about it I decided to "tweak" it to fit my style.
Here's the sketch:
Here's what I came up with:
I sure hope I didn't tweak this challenge too much?!! I love using TGF's Syrene...she's so magical! I used Prima mulberry flowers, various flower centers, Atyou Spica Pens, MS branch punch with blue glitter paper for the branches (love using glitter paper for branches!!), Nesties Label Two, and sea shells from the Atlantic ocean that were gathered along the Litchfield Beach shoreline in South Carolina on our family vacation last year. *sigh* I wish I was there, taking in the sun and enjoying the warm ocean air!
Thanks for stopping by and saying hi, I always love reading your comments.

Hi Denise. I think your card is wonderful! Of course I love, LOVE Syren! I think she is my all time FAVORITE CREEPER. lol... Your coloring and colors are all just fantastic. Have a great weekend. Hugs, Lisa
Gorgeous card Denice. I have had Syren since she was released but have been to "scared" to color her. Think i might have to ink her up now.
I can hear the waves crashimg on the shore. Ok I really wish I could but its about a 3 hour drive away. Greta card and beautiful colors.
Gorgeous! Simply gorgeous! I love it- and I think you tweaked it just right!! ;)
