If this is Saturday it means my hubs and I are en route to Luther College in Decorah, Iowa...we are on our way to take our college freshman to her dormitory. It is a 5 hour drive each way, which means she is 5 hours away from us *sigh*. This past week I was able to spend quite a bit of time with her and she showed me a side to her which made me so proud and confirmed that she's becoming a smart, considerate, and compassionate young woman. Every once in a while she will still take my hand when we are walking and this week it meant more to me than words can say, and it makes me think I'm going to miss her more than I know.

Wicked Wednesday's challenge this week is Magic Show. Our sponsor is The Graphics Shoppe and they provided the entire DT with various images that would fit into the magic theme. I know I'm a tad bit late with my WW post that was due Wednesday....I'm just happy to be able to get back to crafting and posting with all that's been going on at my house lately. I choose this sweet magician image, colored him up....then added stars, glitter, a rabbit, and some block lettering.

sniffle, sniffle...I can't even think about my kiddos leaving the house. I am just waiting for the day when my 8 year old stops holding my hand. (hopefully never!)

The cards, of course, are Super Cute my friend! But we have all come to expect that that just 'magically' happens whenever you sit down to craft!
On another note - I am praying for your Mama Heart as you take your girlie off to college! I lucked out and mine is staying home this year (and maybe next) to do Community College close to home! Still - it is a tough season filled with shifts and turns and changes!
